About Us

A man stands in front of a campaign backdrop at the lodge. — Pearl River Elks Lodge
A man stands in front of a campaign backdrop at the lodge.

The Pearl River Elks Lodge on Elks Drive in Nanuet is the kind of place that earns a 4.5-star rating the old-fashioned way: clean rooms, genuinely friendly staff, and food people actually talk about on the drive home. Guests consistently single out the kitchen, and that reputation carries real weight in a region full of competing banquet options.

The lodge's main hall comfortably seats 80 to 130 guests, complete with a full bar, a dance floor, and a stage. That combination is harder to find than you'd think at this price point, and it explains why the room books for everything from anniversary dinners to civic organization meetings. The space is well-maintained and versatile enough to dress up or keep casual.

Beyond the events calendar, BPOE Lodge members carry on the Elks' century-long tradition of charitable giving across Rockland County, supporting veterans, youth programs, and community causes throughout the year. Joining or visiting means connecting with neighbors who actually show up when it matters.

What We Offer

The hall rental is the headline offering here, and it delivers. Book the main event space for corporate gatherings, club meetings, milestone celebrations, fundraisers, or private parties. With a built-in stage, a dance floor, and a staffed bar, you get a turnkey setup that most standalone venues charge significantly more to replicate.

Catering is handled in-house, and reviewers consistently call the food varied and tasty, not the afterthought it can be at lodge halls. The kitchen produces solid, crowd-pleasing menus suited to midsized events rather than forcing you into a one-size banquet package.

Active Elks membership opens additional doors: regular social events, community volunteer opportunities, access to the Elks national network of lodges, and programs supporting local veterans and youth. Whether you're exploring membership or simply need a reliable venue for your next gathering, the lodge staff will walk you through every option.

"The room was great and large. Ample parking. The bathroom had an awful sewer smell."

"Tried to get in contact with the event planner for 3 weeks to discuss my event and need for cancellation and never received a call back after leaving multiple messages asking to speak to someone. When I went to see if someone could help, I was told he was away on vacation and no one else could help me even though the event was supposed to take place in 4 days. When I finally did speak with them, I was spoken to like a child, like I didn’t have any idea how this business worked. There was no apology for not returning my calls either. Bad way to do business."
